Lazyeyes - ‘Nostalgia’
Hazy New Yoykers Lazyeyes like to describe themselves as Surf-gaze; using a mind map and some red-bull boosted brain power we slowly realised that it’s a mix of surf-pop and shoegaze. Luckily for Lazyeyes, that is right up our alley.
As soon as the play button was hit we agreed Surf-gaze is a fantastic term to describe them. ‘Nostalgia’ sounds to us like a track made perfectly for the transitional period between summer and winter (AKA now).
‘Nostalgia’ is one of 2 demos that the band have posted on BANDCAMP for free. Lazyeyes have informed us they plan to hit the studio soon to record more tracks. That’s definitely something to look forward to.
