Daytona - ‘You’re in Beijing’
Having just stumbled upon Brooklyn’s Daytona (thanks to Real Horrorshow Tunez) we are blooming glad we did.
The band (comprised of Hunter Simpson (from Wild Yaks), Jose Boyer (formerly of Harlem) and Christopher Lauderdale)’s debut EP is one everyone should hear. ‘Storm So Long’ is full of blissful layered garage-pop that we can foresee ourselves listening to over and over again.
